Pineda park posed a unique challenge as we were asked to build a 20,000 sqft office building full of auditorium space, with one caveat “ maintain the neighbor's unobstructed views of the Las Vegas strip”. We took on the challenge and upped the ante, not only will we maintain said views, but we will also create a building that would be additive to the community as a whole.

With that in mind, the true essence of “love thy neighbor” came to fruition in the form of Pineda Park, a 2 level office building,
an auditorium equipped for 200-300 people, an open roof park, a harmonious building that serves not only its patrons but the surrounding community at large.
