GREENHILL BENTON

The Benton Smith house is a 7500 sqft house of elevated southern luxury located in Nashville, TN. The aim was to fuse the traditional design language of Nashville homes with modernist architecture. This was enabled by remaining true to the natural form of the property and creating a bridge between the east and west wing that feels organic. Careful consideration when designing this project to create a space that can stand out and remain unique during the various seasons. The living spaces were designed in a way to capture and maximize sunlight during both the winter and summer seasons.
