BEVERLY DRIVE

For Beverly Drive we were asked to transform a dated commercial building in a cost effective way. For the facade, the existing brick and glazing were saved and a new layer of brick was added on top, creating a fading effect as it cascades onto the first floor windows. Crown molding was added along the roof to complete the look. Through these additions, the exterior maintains its original character while still making a statement and saving on costs.

BEVERLY HILLS

Internally, terrazzo marble floors were utilized to revitalize the atmosphere, as well as custom crate walls that extend to the ceiling. Custom lighting glows through the crate openings to promote a unique vibe.

By keeping it simple and utilizing the existing structure, we designed a space for creativity to flow whether you are inside the structure or admiring it from the street.
